Critical first impressions

With fewer in-person meetings and introductions, websites are the first place a prospect goes to validate your company. People rely on the web to find and conduct business. Often, a website is the first impression people have of a business before (or if) they pick up the phone to call.

So...

  • How do you stack up when people Google your business?

  • How does your website compare to your competitor(s)?

  • Has the site's look and feel been refreshed recently?

  • Do you have old content on your website?

  • Is your site responsive for mobile devices, tablets, and large-screen monitors?

  • Can you be found on Google?

  • Is your contact form working properly and routing the notifications to a current employee?

Whether you like it or not, these things are a direct reflection of your business. The general consensus is that websites should be redone every 2-3 years in competitive industries and every 5 years in other industries.

How Much is a New Website?

Do you need a website refresh (or website period)? Wondering how much it would cost? You would be surprised that the cost to build a new website is not as much as you might think...and sometimes less than a new website cost several years ago -- all thanks to technology which has changed (in favor of all of us)!

Just ask us! We'll take a look at your current site and send over a quick estimate. And, we can usually squeeze in website projects and flip them “on” very quickly.  Almost always, we are waiting on the customers for approvals versus them waiting on us.

Maintenance & Upkeep for Existing Websites

Peacock Marketing maintains existing websites such as making updates to upcoming events, adding or removing board members or staff, incorporating news, and announcing new programs.  We review websites for Google SEO best practices and update as needed.  In many cases, the site has a chunk of cleanup work that needs to be done before the maintenance mode kicks in.  Sometimes, the less-expensive route is to just start fresh.

Website maintenance is billed at $125/hour.
