Peacock Marketing Group specializes in custom websites. Each website is unique and specific to the client’s needs. Some clients need 5 pages and others need 50 pages. Some clients want to bear part of the workload – such as content creation and/or upload – while others don’t want to touch it. Some clients need product catalogs and others need online ordering.

With all these variables, we can safely say that the majority of website projects managed by Peacock Marketing Group range from $6,000 for a basic site to $20,000 for a more complex and sophisticated site. With this said, most companies fall in the $10,000 range, and this typically includes:

• Custom graphic design for the home page and interior layout
• Web development of site into a live environment
• Upload and hyperlinking of ~10 pages of customer-supplied content
• Content management system (CMS) to make text edits internally as needed
• Photo album capability
• Database to hold inquiries submitted online (with automated email notices and confirmations)
• A simple flash, program for the home page
• Purchase of stock photos for website, if needed
• Hosting (first year) and domain acquisition or transfer
• Email addresses to match the domain
• Implementation of Google Analytics for reporting and statistics
• Testing of hyperlinks and pages
• Creative direction and project management
• Basic Google SEO (one set of meta applied across entire site; cheat sheet provided to client)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an optional add-on. Most customers prefer to pay for their website in three installations – 1/3 upfront, 1/3 once the site is built in a test environment, and the final 1/3 when the website is complete. And, we work with numerous clients remotely – communicating over email, Skype, video conferencing, conference calls, and webex.
