Many of the Peacock clients either lack the necessary in-house marketing personnel or their marketing personnel are overtaxed and have little time for new or expanded projects. These projects may consist of an item that has been on your to-do list for months, or it may be a brand new project that needs an immediate, dedicated, and consistent jump start.

Peacock Marketing Group is different than your typical marketing agency. A few things that make us unique:

We don't have meetings to plan a meeting that's a result of a previous meeting. Meetings are few and far between and only occur when necessary. We'd rather be working than talking about working.

We don't have employees and their related overhead costs. Because we are small and independent, we can save you money by utilizing freelancers instead of higher-priced agency staff. We know how to get you the most bang for your dollar.
We accept and welcome jobs of all sizes. Some agencies require monthly retainer fees or back away from smaller few-hour projects. Because of our organization's set up, we easily balance the load between 1-2 large jobs and several smaller jobs. The small jobs, just like the big ones, fit into our strategic plan.
We estimate by the job but charge by the hour. We charge the same hourly rate to each of our customers, and you only pay for the time actually used. There are no hidden fees and assessments. Our pricing model is simple and straightforward. If we work for three hours, you are billed for three hours (bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly – according to your preference). If you prefer a different pricing model, this is okay too.

Peacock Marketing Group is small in staff – well, actually, real small. The agency consist of one full-time employee – the owner, writer, project manager, doer, you name it – and several dedicated and talented freelancers. Because of the company size and her strategy to stay small, owner Lisa Anderson rarely markets herself or her company around town—you likely heard about her through happy clients or friends. Those that have worked with Lisa previously know she is dependable and not easily scared. "Unflappable" comes to mind. She knows how to get things done, and she knows her stuff. All this while using the latest tricks of the trade and bringing new and innovative ideas to the table.

Prior to starting Peacock Marketing Group, owner Lisa Anderson worked for ten years for Datastream (now Infor) as the senior director of worldwide marketing for this high-tech company focused on asset management software. In this role, she was responsible for global marketing budgets and strategies, collateral and branding, PR, corporate website and its sister sites in seven languages, lead generation, trade shows, seminars, user conference, web events, search engine optimization, Pay-Per-Click, staffing, and more. Before Datastream, Lisa worked in a marketing role with three small companies, doing everything from creating brochures to managing press. She has over 16 years of diverse and cutting-edge marketing experience.
